Improvement to the Workflow for Finalizing Opportunities

We are improving the workflow for finalizing opportunities. With the Processing state enabled, the opportunity status will automatically update from Open to Processing to Closed when you finalize an opportunity. This eliminates the need to manually refresh the page to view status changes.

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
